Don’t worry ...the event will go on anyway! We like to see this as all part of the outdoor experience and Wood-Sage continues to operate in all weathers. Please dress for the conditions!

In the exceptional circumstance of a severe weather event, such as high wind or extreme cold, it may be necessary to offer an alternative activity or venue or even postpone to another date. This happens very rarely.

All vehicles must be left on the pay and display car park which is operated by Cuerden Valley Park.
N.B The ANPR cameras are active and do work! 

Yes, the Cuerden View Cafe serves delicious hot and cold food as well as a range of drinks...well worth a visit & the breakfast is awesome!

Please send an email to Bookings@wood-sage.co.uk with all your details and requirements. We can then send through a quote and confirmation on availability. If you wish to go ahead, we ask that you confirm via email and then we will email a booking confirmation with T&Cs, a medical form, participation statement and an invoice.

We ask for a 25% deposit to secure the booking. This can be done via online banking or you can post a cheque. The balance is then required 14 days prior to the day of the activity.

Wood-Sage will provide all the specialist Personal Protective Equipment for the activity such as eye protection. Just don't wear your best gear and be prepared to get mucky. It's all part of the fun!

Please tie long hair back and wear proper shoes...no open toes or flip flops in case you drop something!

All Wood-Sage staff are trained and qualified in first aid, with a full comprehensive first aid kit on site. Risk assessments and emergency procedures are in place for any eventuality...however we have never needed to test these procedures as we have an excellent safety record.
